Drawing from a range of approaches, I work collaboratively with you to find what best supports your needs, your pace, and your goals.I will work with you to determine the approach that best suits your unique needs.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. It focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions to support more effective coping and emotional well-being. .

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, skills-based approach that helps people better manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with distress more effectively. It combines mindfulness with practical strategies for emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. 

Mindfulness Based Therapy

 Mindfulness-Based Therapy integrates present-moment awareness and nonjudgmental attention to help individuals observe thoughts, feelings, and sensations with greater clarity. It supports reducing reactivity and increasing emotional balance, acceptance, and overall well-being. 

Internal Family Systems

 Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based approach that views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own feelings, roles, and perspectives. It helps individuals develop a compassionate relationship with these parts to promote healing, balance, and a stronger sense of inner connection and self-leadership. 

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

 Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a structured, action-oriented approach that helps individuals identify and challenge irrational or unhelpful beliefs that contribute to emotional distress. It focuses on developing more balanced thinking patterns to support healthier emotions and more effective behaviors.
