Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a variety of settings and held multiple roles within the mental health field, supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults. Since beginning my work in the field in 2004, these experiences have broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the complexity of the human experience and the ways in which we relate to one another.
I earned a master’s degree in counseling from Pittsburgh's Carlow University in 2007 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2011. Drawing from over 20 years of experience, I currently work with adults, teenagers, families, and couples using a compassionate, collaborative approach that gently explores what feels most present and unresolved.
I believe counseling can help transform long-standing patterns, support healing from past experiences, and create pathways toward deeper connection, greater clarity, and meaningful personal growth.
